  • Office Management Wing:
  • Specialized Training Program for the participants of Section Officers Promotional Examination-2016 (SOPE) started from 16-08-2018 concluded on 09-11-2018 with 27 participants.
  • TRAINING ACTIVITIES DURING THE LAST MONTH:
  • One week training course on ”Financial Issues relating to Pension & Retirement” was held in STI from 21-01-2019 to 25-01-2019 for officials BPS 11 to BPS 16 with 95 participants. Main topics covered were Preparation of Service Book, Pension Rules, GP Fund Rules, TA/DA Rules and Revised Leave Rules 1980 etc.
  • Two weeks training course on ”Microsoft Office & Internet” was held in STI from 14-01-2019 to 25-01-2019 for officials BPS 9 to BPS 16 with 96 participants. Main topics covered were MS Word 2013, MS Excel 2013, MS Power Point 2013 and Internet Browsing, Surfing and Email Handling etc.
  • One week training course on “Improving Personal Effectiveness” was held in STI from 21-01-2019 to 25-01-2018 for the officers of the Federal Government in BS-17 to BS-19 with 27 participants. Main topics covered were Improving Personal Effectiveness, Ethics and Attitudinal Change, Managing Self and SWOT Analysis and Emotional Intelligence for successful leaders etc.
  • One week training course on “Promotion Policy”was held in STI from 07-01-2019 to 11-01-2019 for the officers of the Federal Government in BS-17 to BS-19 with 21 participants. Main topics covered were Civil Servants Act 1973, APT Rules, Civil Servants Seniority Rules 1993 and Promotion Policy etc./li>
  • Two weeks training course on “Urdu Typewriting (Inpage)” was held in STI from 31-12-2018 to 11-01-2019 for the officials BPS 7 to BPS 16 with 26 participants. Main topics covered were Introduction of Urdu software, Learning of Urdu Typewriting with exercises etc.
  • One week training course on ”Ethics, Manners and Hospitality” was held in STI from 07-01-2019 to 11-01-2019 for officials BPS-1 to BPS 7 with 74 participants. Main topics covered were General Ethics and behaviours, Punctuality and Discipline, Movement of Papers, Sense of Responsibility and handling of Fax, Photocopier and Computer etc.
