In terms of rule 48 (1) of Public Procurement Regulatroy Authority Rules, 2004, a Committe is hereby reconsituted in the STI for Redressal of Greivances by bidders (if any) which may occur prior to entry into force of the procurement contract, with immediate effect and until further order as follows:-
