The Institute provided a number of facilities in an effort to make the stay of trainees comfortable and productive and made it sure to provide conducive learning environment with least distractions involved.The library of the Institute has been re-furbished with new furniture & book-shelves with as many as 11,394 books on various disciplines i.e. Public Administration, Human Resource Management,Financial Management, Training Methodology, Sociology, Economics, Pakistan Movement & History of Pakistan, Service and Financial Rules, Religion, Urdu and English literature, Islam and Islamic History etc.

The training participants used library facility for carrying out various activities of STP such as presentations, script writing, research papers and syndicate discussions. The library is also equipped with Internet facility to carry out research activities
